There is no newsletter right now.

We are not going to collect your email address for something we are not sending.

This page used to offer a weekly VR newsletter and show a list of recent issues. Eleven issues were written. None of them was ever sent, and the “recent issues” were drafts with no date on them.

Rather than keep taking sign-ups against that, we have taken the form down. If you gave us an address here, it was never used to send you a newsletter, because there were none to send.

What to read instead

Deals — the catalogue's published prices, each dated by the observation that set it or marked undated.
Headsets — every headset we rate, and what the rating is based on.
The blog — where the writing actually goes.

Will it come back?

Maybe. If it does, it will start by sending something, not by asking for your address. We would rather say “no newsletter” than run a sign-up form for a promise with no delivery behind it.

Deal alerts are not running either — not by email, and not as browser notifications. The deals page shows each published price with the date of the observation that set it — or says it is undated — and that is all it claims.
