Reviewed or observedArchived editorial note
Meta Quest 2 was the best entry-point VR headset of its generation and is no longer sold new. Second-hand it still delivers solid performance, massive game library, and excellent community support; a second-hand starting point, not a new purchase.
Archived editorial note
Pico 4 is an excellent mid-range alternative to Meta Quest 3. Strong performance, high resolution, and aggressive pricing make it competitive. Privacy concerns (ByteDance ownership) are noted by some.
A higher archived overall or category score is only a recorded signal. It does not override current compatibility, comfort, accessibility, platform, budget, or evidence freshness.
