DPVR E4 is an enterprise-focused standalone headset designed for training and education at $399. Good value for institutions, limited consumer appeal.
Archived editorial note
Meta Quest Pro was criticized at launch for its $999 price, was later discounted, and was discontinued by Meta in late 2024. The face/eye tracking is unique, but the 2022 hardware is beginning to age.
A higher archived overall or category score is only a recorded signal. It does not override current compatibility, comfort, accessibility, platform, budget, or evidence freshness.
